Qualifications:
- Customer service skills and ability to process client documents (typing, scanning, printing, and collating).
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with various deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and always professional under pressure.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Experience:
- Prior office experience of at least 2-3 years. Previous experience in an accounting or other professional service firm preferred.
- Clerical and administrative skills in a role supporting multiple managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple partners
- Prepare correspondence
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- File paperwork and documents
- A variety of other important administrative tasks
Skills:
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
